Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date

- Consistent daily use for the full 90-day period

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email support@knotrx.com with:
Your order number
Photos from Day 0 to Day 90
Brief description of your experience

2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days

3. Ship product back within 14 days of authorization (if requested)

4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days from date of receipt and approval

What We Refund:

Full product price for items purchased.

Original shipping costs if product arrived defective or damaged (*see below)

What We Don't Refund:

Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
Orders placed through third-party retailers or marketplaces
Virtual offers such as: Skip the Line and Protection Plans

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of shipping delivery) at support@knotrx.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge, no need to return the damaged item.

Order Issues:

Wrong item received: Full refund or free replacement

Missing items:
We'll ship missing products immediately at no cost to you after we do our due diligence with all companies involved (local/ international carriers, etc...).


Package lost in transit:
Full refund or free replacement once carrier confirms loss.
